Case description
This 10 year-old patient was referred with a complaint of chronic apical periodontitis.
After a glidepath was created, the root canals were instrumented by the Self-Adjusting File, for 4 minutes each, with continuous sodium hypochlorite irrigation.
The final x-ray photo reveals the irregular shape of the distal canal and the ability of the SAF to accommodate to this shape and clean it well.
